In the news: Hackers make over $70,000.00 selling duped plat on the station exchange server. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday eh?

Not only that, but Sony then removed the duped plat from the game, so those people that bought it are seemingly out of luck.

And I missed the relocation deadline. Darn!

The $70k estimate was from the linked blog about duping house pets and selling them back to merchants for 12 gold a pop, and it was over a duration of a month or two around last January.

I doubt the exploits from a week ago generated any money, they were squashed pretty fast.
