mmmm, perogies. I haven't had any since I left Canada.
And how the heck are you cooking them? The only way to cook a perogie is fry it in a pan.

Take about a 3" circle of dough and put mashed potates & extras in the center. Fold the dough over and close it up and that's pretty much a perogie.
The extras can be just about anything. The ones that I used to buy typically had cheese, bacon etc.
Those and Wunderbars are what make Canada worth visiting. |

and how am i cooking them? the only way you're supposed to, on the BBQ.
well not directly ON the BBQ - wrapped in tinfoil - filled with butter, green onions and garlic.
musta had the heat too high, the butter burnt off instead of boiling/steaming.
sigh... oh well, thank gawd for kraft dinner.

Well I need to Entertain myself SOMEHOW while in Canada!?!?! HAHA just kidding
Yeah, when we visit Keiri and Luds house its soooo easy to color on their walls and Poop on their carpet when noone is around and blame it on THEIR kids!!!! HAHAHAHAMUAHAHAHAHA  Until of course one of their kids poops on me! 
From what i have seen and heard British Columbia has some really pretty country and places to visit!!! So I guess I will have to keep my pants on and my Crayons in the car   DAMN!
