when you preorder do they actually send you the CDs? or do you just download it like a prepaid expansion?
i wanna get up and running soon, not sure when i can get to the game store tho to get a physical copy |

I preordered from my local EB Games store. That way I know I can just drive over and pick it up on the 9th. I got the collector's edition  . The baby dragon is MINE! MINE I TELL YOU!
EDIT: Oh yeah and I believe they ship it on the 8th and I think it may be overnight shipping, but I am not sure. If you ordered it from SOE I would ask them if it's the CD's or just a download. Personally I hate downloads.

I dont mind an instant DL as long as the CDs were in the mail.
after seeing the number of returning ESers, not to mention my hardware is almost useable, I am pretty excited to get started asap
I managed to reinstall beta and play for a night, lemme tell you, a grpahics card that actually works, a 1.3 (vs 1.0) processor, and 1 gig of ram (vs 512) made the world of difference. processor gonna be replaced with a 2.2 (hopefully) this week, then... CYA in game!!! |
