best/worst EQ moment(s)

[Smawl]

there are soooooooo many memories,
but here are some of the highlights:

good: final epic turn in for Lexxy, damn that took FOREVER compared to Smawl's epic
bad: loosing all the screenshots of the journey when I reformatted my hard drive

bad: leaving my first real guild, DoN
good: 5 minutes later I was tagged ES

bad: meeting some bst named darkpaws and spending DAYS showing him around SharVahl
good: he turned out to be a ranger at heart and I got to see him die... A LOT

bad: ES disbanding
good: even tho the tag was gone the family stuck together. and besides, CN is half old ES members now

the number one thing that sticks out in my mind...

good: going back and killing Vox with some of the best people in the game
bad: had to delevel to do it
good: I won the RBB and made a killing from the sacrifices!
bad: I want Naggy now...

LMAO!!! that poor ranger, had to die from your trains!

Good: playing EQ when it was young and new and VERY adventrous...so adventrous that no maps existed! Once you get to lvl 6 with UBER leather armor you just made yourself and decide to wonder outside from your tree home (which you have a dozen naked corpses from falling) and you end up being killed by a brownie scout.
Bad: No new feeling anymore.....you can fill in the rest.

Bad: Your newly married wife getting mad and upset for staying up till 5:00 am (which i cant do anymore) playing a SILLY video game.
Good: The next day you offer her a chance to see why I play it. SHE SAYS, "I WAS HOPING YOU WOULD ASK!" (and she still plays )

Bad: Buying Luclin and having NO clue who to turn those damned hand in's at a tax collector and oocing for help. A BST by the name of maxxcat answers and helps, who just finished that quest.
Good: Playing our BST whenever we were on to find out he had a monk (GIRL) by the name of Lexxy, in a GIRL guild DoN and..as the books say the rest was history....

Good: DoN, great guild met MANY MANY good people...Gala, marah, Larinika joined them....then having all them join ES!!!
Bad: HAving to watch Larinika Jibber Jabber about girly stuff with a certain MALE player of a GIRL monk listening in all the time! LOSER!!

well those are just a few i could go on and on....but what makes EQ so dang special to me now is just all of you here and other guilds. The friends we made have been all the GOOD parts of the game. WOOT, warm fuzzies....

Best: Humming along to the music that played while you attack mobs.
Worst: Deciding to venture out of Qeynos and get a group in BlackBurrow...."I died and I can't find my BODY"

Best: Taking the boat ride with Tanadil and Lexxy to Overthere and hoping I wouldn't die..
Best and Worst: How many times I managed to live with only a 30 pt Ranja heal and Lexxy's bind wound

Best: Exploring with Tanadil while during epic turn ins. We stopped on one of the islands out in the Ocean of Tears and saw an old world Dinosaur Allizewsaur and duoing it together.
Worst: Having the boats break and being stuck there for 2 days. And having my ear talked off by a certain "Green Giant Warrior"

Best: Each and Every Epic Shadows raid we had. There was just some amazing kid of satisfaction doing things for the very first time with a group of family
Worst: How many times Xtremie let me die....

Best: Learning to love EQ as much as my husband did.
Worst: Having some of my own 5:00 a.m. grind sessions

Best: Killing Vox with tons of old friends
Worst: Killing my self in Lich Form....
