Drive Troubles

I believe I've finaly discovered the root of all my computer problems recently. Apparently when I reformated my computer the SYSTEM_SAVE drive became my default drive for every install (explains why it was always complaining about being low on space). So far I've been able to live with it, however because of a class I am currently taking I need to install a program on my computer that does not let me choose where to put it, so it always goes to D:/ where there is no room. If anyone knows how to change your default installation drive or how to add more disk space to a drive pleeeeeeeeeease let me know, because otherwise I'm SOL hehe. Thanks

There is a setting in the registry that might do the trick for you. \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ProgramFilesDir.

If you change that it should change where the "Default Install" directory for windows is. This may not work on the software that you are trying to install though.

Regedit is your friend.
